Shenica Cheron Birton

Shenica Cheron Birton, 48, of Indianapolis, passed away March 5, 2018 at her home after a battle with cancer. She was born January 19,1970 in Inkster, Michigan to Willie Leroy and Evelyn (Johnson) Elliott. She was a graduate of Marian University in Indianapolis and was a Supervisor at Indianapolis Power and Light. She is survived by her husband Brian A. Birton of Indianapolis; her daughter, Shayna Cox of Indianapolis; her son, Brian A. Birton, Jr. of Detroit, Michigan; her sisters, Jeremetra Lynn Perkins, JacQueena Jala Elliott and Lawellyn Shalico Elliott; brothers, Willie Leroy Elliott III, Philoseth Schandantee Elliott and Issachar Ithran Elliott; and 6 grandchildren also survive. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Friday, March 9, 2018 and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until 12:00 Noon at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 E. Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237. Family and friends will share at 10:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, 700 W. 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208 at 1:30 PM Saturday.
