Services for Mr. Steven L. Rutledge will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024 in the chapel of Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home. The public visitation will begin at 9:00AM followed by his celebration of life service at 11:00AM; 5252 E. 38th street, Indianapolis, IN 46218.
