Susan Jeanne Mathews, age 55, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019. Susan was born on October 5, 1963 in Indianapolis to Elizabeth "Betty" and William "Bill" Foppe. Susan graduated from Indiana Business College in 1991 with an Associate's Degree in Accounting. She married Snowden E. Mathews Jr. on August 8, 2008 in Colorado.
Susan enjoyed traveling, crocheting, painting and socializing. She loved spending time with her family and friends and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Susan is survived by her loving husband, Snowden E. Mathews Jr.; daughter, Christina (Jason) Scott; son, William J. "Billy" (Lindsay) Raymer; and grandchildren, Chloe Scott, Thomas J. Scott, Eric Carr and Olivia Carr. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, David Foppe.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary, 2126 E. 71st Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46220. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 PM. Pastor Jeff Mathews will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Susan's memory may be made to American Heart Association, 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, Illinois 60674 US.
