Thomas Rhodes Jr, 71, Indianapolis, passed away on March 3, 2014.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, March 8, 2014, 9am-11am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel. His burial will take place in Washington Park North Cemetery.
