77, Indianapolis, passed away February 17, 2013. He was born in Ireland, Indiana on July 19, 1935 to Louis and Fay (Ashby) Oskins. He served in the U.S. Navy. He worked for Ford Motor Company as an electrician for 35 years. Urban is survived by his beloved wife Betty E. (Matsuno) Oskins, sons Benjamin (Jean), Clay (Jennifer), Ken (Jessica), Scott (Melody) Oskins. sisters Joretta Chappell, Ruth Burcham, Marjorie Hittle, brother Paul Oskins, 16 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his brothers Donald and Leeman Oskins. A memorial service will be Saturday, February 23 at 12 pm (noon) at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary. Visitation will be Saturday from 9 am – 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Urban’s name to Alzheimer’s Association.
