77, of Indianapolis, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Sue was born August 2, 1942 in Indianapolis, Indiana the daughter of the late Thomas A. and Helen M. (Arnold) Russ. Sue was a Lieutenant Correctional Officer with the Indiana Girls School for many years. She is survived by her daughter; Debra Jones, sister; Brenda Carter, grandchildren; Thomas Scott and Zachary Jones and nephews; Woody Carter and Dino Carter. She is preceded in death by her parents, son; Thomas Scott and a brother; Mike Russ. Funeral services for Sue will be held on Monday, September 9, at 7:00 pm in Family Funeral Care with visitation from 4:00 pm until time of service.
