William E. Foreman

83, of Indianapolis, departed this life February 4, 2013 at home. Bill was born May 26, 1929 in Westport, IN to the late Alpha T. and Eva J. (Klipsch) Foreman. He served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Bill was Vice-President of Liberty Loan for 20 years and then worked for Prudential Life for 20 years. He was an active member of St. Joseph Council of the Knights of Columbus and was formerly a member of St. Simon Catholic Church. He loved water sports and enjoyed teaching his children and grandchildren how to fish and waterski. He is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Judy (Riggs) Foreman; daughters, Sandy (Steve) McNeal, Tammy (Dr. Gary) Billingsley, Debby Cook and Laura Foreman; step-children, Michael Wright, Shelly Dueringer, Sandra Buckingham and Steve Shuck; sister-in-law, Evelyn Foreman; 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 AM Saturday, February 9th in Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary. Visitation will be from 4 – 8 PM Friday, February 8th in the mortuary. Entombment Washington Park North Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed in his name to St. Vincent Hospice or to the American Cancer Society.
