
Connie Cleiland Outlaw, 55, of Jackson, AL, passed away late Friday night November 21, 2014 at Jackson Medical Center. Funeral services will be Monday, November 24, 2014 at 11:30 AM at First United Methodist Church Jackson. Interment will follow in Trinity Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Rev. Alan Gantzhorn will officiate. Mrs. Outlaw was a native and lifelong resident of Jackson and a member of First United Methodist Church, where she was very active. She had received her Master’s Degree in education from Livingston University. Mrs. Outlaw served 25 years with the Clarke County Board of Education teaching second and sixth grades at Gilmore Elementary and Jackson Middle schools. She is preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth C. Walker. Mrs. Outlaw is survived by her husband of 22 years, Stick Outlaw, her parents, James and Carrie Cleiland, two children, Sally Elizabeth Outlaw and Samuel Cleiland outlaw, an honorary son, Jason Webster, her sister, Theresa C. Crim (Walter), a friend, Marlene Davis all of Jackson, numerous nieces and nephews, beloved family and students. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM at First United Methodist Church Jackson. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Pilots for Christ P.O.
