She was preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Sue Etress, son, Jimbo Haferkamp, sister, Barbara Jean Hoven and a granddaughter, Kaylin Nicole Thompson. She is survived by her husband, Eddie Buck of Jackson, AL; 5 children, Wanda Alice (Shane) Thompson of Mobile, AL, Jessica Lee (Ikee) Koen of Jackson, AL, Eddie (Michelle) Buck, III of Mobile, AL, Aarin O’Neil Buck of Jackson, AL and Jacob Tyler Buck of Jackson, AL; 7 grandchildren, Krystofer, Kolin, Kyler, Kailyn, Aubrey, Peyton, Kendall and Christian; niece, Brenda Sue (Terry) Middleton of Jackson, AL; great nephew, Steven Middleton of Jackson, AL and great-great nephew, Bryce Middleton of Jackson, AL. Funeral services were held on Friday, Oct. 17, 2014 from the chapel of Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson. Burial was in Trinity Memorial Gardens.
