Ms. Aline W Germany

Aline Wise Germany, age 94, of Brandon, MS died on May 27, 2022 at Ridgeland Place Memory Care in Ridgeland, MS. She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Luther Earl Germany, her six siblings, Frankiebel Wise, John D. Wise, Willice Breedlove, Futrell Fraiser, Robert Hugh Wise and Mary George Germany.

Mrs. Germany is survived by her son, Robert Earl Germany; daughter and son-in-law, Martha and Paul Harris and her much loved 5 grandchildren, Lynn Digges, Tiffany Young (Todd), Brad Germany (Ashley), Brent Germany (Lyndsey) and Sarah Welch (Mike). In addition, she leaves 11 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Aline was born on June 28, 1927 in Choctaw County, MS to Frank and Anabel Wise. She moved to Jackson, MS after graduating from Ackerman High School where she met Earl Germany and married in 1946. Aline had a consistent deep faith in God and for the last 50 years has been a faithful member of Lakeside Presbyterian Church in Brandon, MS.

The Germany family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Ridgeland Place Memory Care and the Enhabit Hospice Staff for their kindness and care over the last years.

The family asks memorials be given to Lakeside Presbyterian Church in Brandon, MS or to Delta Streets Academy at P.O. Box 9895, Greenwood, MS 38930.

Visitation will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home on Sunday, May 29 from 1:30 to 3:00 PM with the funeral service to follow.
