

He is survived by his wife, Christina Hansen Creath Dickie and three daughters Kate, Mary Frances, and Molly. Andrew and Christina were married on July 1, 1995 in Houston, Texas. He is also survived by his parents, Ken and Ruth Dickie, one brother David and wife Suzanne; mother-in-law, Linda Creath; brother-in-law Nelson Creath and wife Katy, brother-in-law Peter Creath and wife Bethany, as well as seven nieces and one nephew. He also leaves behind close friends John Mills, Jim Sutherland and Bo Gregg.
Andrew was a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and The George Washington University Law School in Washington D. C. He was an experienced outdoorsman, a gifted fisherman and an avid hunter. He enjoyed gardening and cooking but most of all sharing meals with family and friends.
He was fluent in multiple languages and taught English in Japan for three years. His international travels took him to many foreign countries.
He was a voracious reader with a vise-like memory. He served his church through worship and teaching Sunday School.
Reverend Mr. David Strain will conduct a memorial service held at First Presbyterian Church,1390 North State Street, Jackson, MS on Monday, April 21 at 11am. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Jackson.
