Mr. Dent Arnold Cermak

Dent Arnold Cermak was born on September 7, 1947 in Meridian, MS. He enlisted in the Army and spent two years in Hawaii, learning Cartography. He returned home and worked at Michael Baker for several years, then worked at Maptek for 30 years. He worked in the National Guard for 24 years and retired as Captain. He has lived in Clinton for 35 years. He married Sarah J. Crockett on October 16, 1976.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah Cermak; three children, Parker Cermak, Sean (Amanda) Cermack and Heather Byrd; brother, Mack (Charlene) Cermak; three grandchildren, Kayla M. Byrd, Bailey T. Sellers and Rylee C. Cermak; nephew, Christopher Cermak. He was preceded in death by his mother, Minnie Estelle Cermak, father, George Cermak, aunt, Nell Parker (Jake) Downing and uncle, Son Parker.
