Frances Ruth Conerly Lane

A visitation for Frances will be held Sunday, April 10, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Lakewood Funeral Home. Following the visitation will be a pavilion service at 3:00 PM at Lakewood Memorial Park, 6000 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, MS.

Frances was a nurse and worked at many facilities in several different states. She loved the Lord with all of her heart and would do anything for her family. She was always generous in heart and deed. Frances enjoyed daytime TV and she did not want to miss them ever. She loved to can foods, sew, write poetry and assembled the family calendar every year. She was ready to help with a conversation on food. To her no one was a stranger.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Agnes Conerly; brother, Bruce Conerly. She is survived by her son, Richard Casler (Lisa) and his children, Amiah, Olivia, Grayson, Maggie, Samantha and Oliver; her daughter, Cathy Thorn and her children, Joshua Brown, Michael Rodriguez and Alyssa Thorn; siblings, Wesley Conerly, Doris Matthews (Buddy), Velma Conerly and Vernon Conerly (Iris); three great-grandchildren.
