

A celebration of the life of Frances Trull Fowler will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Episcopal Church, 3921 Oak Ridge Drive, Jackson, MS with graveside services following at Parkway Memorial Cemetery in Ridgeland, MS. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2012 at St. James Episcopal Church and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday before the service.
Frances Fowler, 92, died at home in Jackson after a brief illness. She was born August 9, 1919 to the late Thomas Jefferson Trull and Margaret Amacker Trull in Lexington, MS. She was educated in the public schools of Lexington. Frances married James E. Fowler, Sr. in 1943 before his activation for the Army in World War II. Upon his return from duty, they moved from Lexington to Jackson where she made her home for 66 years. Frances will be remembered for her sweet spirit as a wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James, her daughter, Jamie Boyll, her son James, Jr., her grandson, Jeffrey Hudson, and three sisters.
Frances is survived by her daughter Becky Brister (Joe) and 8 grandchildren, Rayford Hudson, IV, (Jennifer), Tom Hudson (Linda Carol), Guy Boyll (Lana), Jill Barton (Burwell), Ann Purcell (Clay), and James Fowler III (Fran), Zachary Fowler, and Nicole Fowler. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
The family expresses gratitude to her caregivers: Glenda Banks, Clarence White, Diane Arnold, Vanessa Buck, Diane Jones, and RoseMary Bennett.
