Jack was born in Belzoni, MS to the late Andrew Jackson Blankenship and Nellie Bell Blankenship. He was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Jackson. Dove and deer hunting were hobbies that he enjoyed.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dee Blankenship. He is survived by his son, Jack Blankenship, Jr and his children, Andrew Williams (Felicia) and Ginger Williams Cook (Justin); his daughter, Gency Kimmons; sister, Laura Toney; great-grandchildren, Oliver and Eloise.
