Mr. Joseph Dixon McCearley

Joseph Dixon “Joe” McCearley, 29, left this world Wednesday July 14, 2010 to go live in his Father’s home. Joe was an artist, poet, and light-hearted comedian. Most of all, Joe was a loving and doting son, fiercely loyal brother, and caring and patient friend. He believed in, and loved, his family. He believed in Christ’s love and that Christ’s love continues beyond death and time.

Joe is survived by his mother, Liz, father, Paul and three brothers: Jerry, and his wife Sandra, Ty, Adam, and his wife Melissa. He also leaves behind his nephews Campbell and Cooper McCearley and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Joe loved and was loved. He will forever be loved and missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist of Fannin Building Fund, 1010 Church Road, Brandon, MS 39047.

Visitation will be 4-7pm today and 9:30 am Monday July 19, 2010 at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home on High Street in Jackson. Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Edwards Cemetery.
