Judith Garland Noble peacefully passed on Thursday, January 21, 2016. Ms. Noble was a retired JPS Special Education teacher. Her love of books and desire for a simple life in the mountains will be missed. Survived by her daughter, Rachel Campbell; granddaughter, Brianna Campbell; and grandsons, James and Joseph Pharr. The family will not be holding a visitation or service.
