Visitation will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home, 6011 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, Mississippi 39209, on March 10, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2;00 pm. Final resting place will be at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Marie and her husband enjoyed participating in Civil War Reenactments. She liked to fish, camp and make miniatures.
Marie is preceded in death by her parents, James L. And Lesbia H Kyle; husband whom she married May 21, 1976, James G. McGraw; daughter, Debbie Vanier; sister, Margaret Ann Peel; She is survived by son-in-law, J. Darrell Vanier; stepdaughters, Nonia Ruffin and Margaret Phillips; grandchildren, Amie Ruffin, Nicky Ruffin, Madison Phillips, Kyle Phillips and Christopher Vanier; great-grandchildren, Shelby Hood, Charlotte Hess, Della Hess and William Hess.
