Mrs. Mildred "Peggy" Fisher

Peggy Fisher, 86, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home on Monday, November 19 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM with a graveside service to follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.

Mrs. Fisher was a devoted military wife and loving mother. She served as President of the NCO Club while stationed at Fort Rucker, AL. She enjoyed creating ceramic pieces and bird watching.

She is preceded in death by her husband, MSG Joseph Elmer Fisher; daughter, Darlene Jackson; sisters, Sandra Goodson and Maxine Stockey.

Mrs. Fisher is survived by her son, Mark Fisher and his wife, Debbie Fisher; son-in-law, Ron Jackson; sister, Wilda Gallimore; grandchildren, Christopher Jackson and his wife, Andrea Jackson, Tim Fisher and his wife Michelle Fisher, Christy Mullen, Ashley Alford and her husband Justin Alford; great grandchildren, Sabrina, Tabitha, Joseph Phillip “J.P”, Shane, Skylar, and Rayme.
