Page Nicole Mottola, age 9, passed from this life Wednesday, May 2, 2012 while surrounded by her family at home.
Visitation is 12:00-2:00pm Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Jackson. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel with interment in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Page was born Wednesday, August 21, 2002 in Flowood.
Survivors include her mother, Evelyn O'Neal; uncle, David Lee; and cousin, Andrew Lee.
