Mr. Richard Harley French, Jr., 87, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016 in Raleigh, NC. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lakewood Funeral Home on Friday, July 8, 2016. Interment will be at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mr. French was born in Jackson, MS on December 23, 1928 to the late Richard Harley French, Sr. and Geneva Franklin French.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Bobbie S. French.
Mr. French is survived by his son, Richard French, III and his wife Laura; grandson, Stephen and his fiancée Jessica; sister-in-law Lynn Lawrence; and several nieces and nephews.
