Valerie Ann Orr departed this earth Saturday, December 5th. She was the daughter of late Col. Edmond and Jean Orr. Valerie was a registered nurse retired from Mississippi Baptist Health Systems where she worked over 30 years. Valerie loved horse riding, ballroom dancing, and spending time with her family. She attended Southside Assembly of God in Jackson Mississippi. She is survived by her mother, Jean Valerie Orr, brother Eddie Orr, and sister Betty Jean Teasley.Visitation is Wednesday, December 9 from 9-11, funeral to follow at 11:00 at Lakewood Funeral Home in Jackson, MS.
