William served honorably in the United States Navy. He was the owner and operator of Grace Painting and Construction Company.
William was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Grace; one brother David Allen Grace, and one sister Rebeca Champion.
William is survived by his daughter Jeanna Ann Grace; his son William C. Grace, II; his brothers Jessie Lavon Grace, James Lynn Grace, and Calvin T. Grace; his sisters Mary G. Mallory, Patricia Haller, and Ina P. Housley.
William is also survived by two grandchildren Catherine Louise Foreman and Jessica Renee Grace; and three great grandchildren Alex Dean Tew, Autumn Bach, and Gunner Lee Foreman.
Services for Mr. Grace will be as follows; Visitation Friday December 11, 2020 at Lakewood Funeral Home in Jackson from 6-8 pm and on Saturday December 12, 2020 from 1-2pm. The funeral service will be at 2 pm on Saturday December 12, 2020 in the chapel at Lakewood Funeral Home. A Graveside service will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park South located at 430 McClure Rd, Jackson, MS with burial to follow.
