Zack David Holland Jr.

David was born in Algoma, MS, April 3, 1917. He graduated from Mississippi College in 1939 and married Jean Taylor in 1941. After serving in the Navy from 1941 to 1946, David and Jean returned to make their home in Jackson, where David established and directed the successful Z.D. Holland Real Estate firm for 35 years. He was an active member and elder of Fondren Presbyterian Church since 1946.

David is survived by his wife of 69 years, Jean Taylor Holland, and by his two children, Patricia Holland (Bryon Adinoff) of Dallas, TX and Richard Holland (Mary Helen Aldridge) of Madison, MS. His grandchildren include: Allison Jensen, Jacob Holland, Zack Adinoff, Holly Adinoff, Jennifer Holland and Brady Holland. He recently welcomed two great-grandchildren to the family.

A devout Christian, ethical businessman, avid Mississippi State sports fan, and devoted family man, David is deeply loved and missed by family and friends.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, September 13, 2010, at Fondren Presbyterian Church. The service will then begin at 2:00 PM with burial to follow at Clinton Cemetery. Wright and Furgusson Funeral Home is handling all

arrangements.
