Evan spent his life among his family and friends in the South Side Community that he loved. After graduating from South Side, he eventually became a machinist at P & P Products where he was respected for his hard work and his ability to motivate his crew to give their best. His love and devotion to family was his sustaining force, followed closely by his tremendous loyalty to his friends with their mutual interest in motorcycles. He grew up in the Bemis Pentecostal Church where he early showed a reverence for his God. He was a man of compassion with a heart for the wounded in life.
He leaves behind his wife and friend of 20 years, Jo Marie (Hibbitt), a son Dillon, 12, and a daughter Taylor, 10, his mother and stepfather, Carole and Al Gordon, his father and stepmother, Daryl and Helen Weaver. His surviving siblings are: Holly (Weaver) Webb, Becky (Weaver) England, Tami Gordon and Brett Gordon, and Wesley Weaver and Chris Weaver. His grandparents are: Raymond Jackson (deceased) and Mary, and Paul and Ann Weaver.
