Mr. Gilford “Bubba” Williams 67, of Jackson passed away August 15, 2017. Memorial services for Mr. Williams will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Bro. Mickey Jackson officiating.
Gilford was born on January 7, 1950 in Humboldt, TN to the late Charles, and Virginia Longmire. He was a graduate of Northside High school class of 1967, and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Lambuth University in 1974. He owned and Operated Williams Trucking Company for many years.
He is survived by a brother; Charles H. Williams Jr. (Mitzi), Nephew; Charles Williams III (Angel), Niece; Ashley Keel (Brooks), and 4 great nieces; Grace Keel, Margaret Keel, Mary Keel, and Sarah Keel.
A visitation with the family will be held on Saturday from 11:00 AM until time of the service at 1:00 PM in the North Chapel.
