Rev. Joe Dee Kelley

Funeral Services for Rev. Joe Dee Kelley, age 76, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2012 in the Sanctuary of Northside Assembly of God, with Rev. Ronald J. Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Centerville, TN.

Rev. Kelley was born in Coble, TN on November 17, 1935 the son of the late Richard and Ethel Williams Kelley. He was a retired Evangelist, Minister, Pastor, and a District Leader for the Assembly’s of God Church for more than 58 years. He was a graduate of the Berean School of Bible in Springfield, MO. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 58 years, Dortha King Kelley; a daughter, Valarie Kelley of Jackson; one son, Rev. Ronald J. Kelley and wife Paula Kay of Little Rock, AR; a grandson, Joseph Paul Kelley and wife Sherri Renee of Van Buren, AR. Pallbearers to serve are Ministers of the Tennessee District of the Assembly’s of God. Memorials may be directed to the Hillcrest Children’s Home of Hot Springs, AR. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 10, 2012 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home, and on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the service time at Northside Assembly of God.
