She was born on July 2, 1953 in Miami, FL to William Ray Warren and Patricia Norris Warren, and is survived by her parents; two sons, Jay William Hammond and Michael Warren Hammond; her sister, Cynthia Warren Schmidt (husband Greg); her nephew, Tyler Gregory Schmidt and niece, Heather Nicole Schmidt; and her companion, Richard Schmidt.
Linda was a devoted and loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Her family remembers her for her caring spirit, her endless kindness, and her deep generosity. She was also a true individual, with a passion for artistic and intellectual pursuits.

Visitation will be held at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel on Thursday, July 5th from 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m., with a ceremony to follow at noon.
