Mr. Thomas Forsythe, 81 of Jackson passed away on Sunday December 6, 2015. He was born in Jackson on October 4, 1934 to the late Earnest and Rosalea Eaves Forsythe. He worked over 34 years for Canalco Aluminum.
He is survived by his 3 daughters; Yvette Sumler (Joe) of Jackson, Nancy Wyand of Cleveland, TN Leigh Ann Wilkinson (Steve) of Denmark, TN, 1 Son; Thomas O’Neil Forsythe Jr. (Marianna) of Jackson, 1 sister; Nancy Jackson of Memphis,TN, 1 sister in law Nancy Sue Cain (Bill), 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
Other than his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife Shirley Jean Forsythe who passed away in 2012.
Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday December 9, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Providence Cemetery in Madison County.
