Timothy Adam Hornsby

Timothy Adam Hornsby, age 36 of Jackson, passed away on September 25, 2021 in Jackson. Timothy was born on September 2, 1985 in Jackson, TN to Rockie and Rita Gower Hornsby. Timothy was a devoted family man. He loved his nieces and nephews and would drop anything to help his brothers. He will be remembered as a kind-hearted and generous person who loved and took care of his family. He was preceded in death by his uncles, Robert Walters, Jr., Ronnie Hornsby (Kay) and Mike Gower; his cousin, Joshua Keith Walters; and his paternal grandparents, Bernice and John M. Hornsby. Timothy is survived by his parents, Rockie and Rita Gower Hornsby; his brothers, Chris Hornsby (Cindy) and Aaron Hornsby (Jessica); nieces and nephews, Margo Hornsby, Ava Hornsby, Gage Hornsby, Waylen Hornsby, Noah Hornsby, Diamonte Bucholtz, and Raven Myatt; and his grandparents, Bobby and Gladys Walters. The family will receive friends and loved ones on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. in the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons. The funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11 a.m. with Pastor John Patrick Stovall officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.
