SERRANO – Angie Regina McAlister Serrano, 48, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2017. Angie, a native of Jacksonville had worked for many years as a registered nurse and eventually became a physician’s assistant. Her surviving family includes: her daughter, Maes Serrano; two sons, Leo and Joel Serrano; her father, Ronnie McAlister and her brother, Ronnie McAlister. She was predeceased by her mother, Bertie McAlister, in 2014. The family will receive friends at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Ave. Saturday, February 11 from 4:00 until 6:00 PM. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, February 13, 2017 at 2:00 PM in Matthews Cemetery, near Coward, SC.
