Ann Koninis Milonas

Ann Koninis Milonas, 87, affectionately known by many as Yia Yia, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2023. A resident of Jacksonville since 1984, she was the co-owner of Chat-N-Chew restaurant for 21 years, and then also worked as a Nanny for many years.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years (George). Ann is survived by her daughters, Michelle Baldwin (Ray), and Elizabeth Smith (Michael); son, Michael Milonas (Tammy); brothers, John Koninis (Stacy) and Paul Koninis (Connie, deceased); Grandchildren; Melissa, Jennifer, Christopher, Demetri, Zachary, Helanea, Caitlin, Nicholas and Ally; great grandchildren; Lexi, Liberty, Lincoln and Briella; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at St. John the Divine Greek Orthodox Church, 12760 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida 32246. Internment will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery 4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.

The family will receive visitors from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida 32211.
