She was my neighbor, my mum and my best friend. I am going to miss her knocks on the door everyday just to say hi and ask me how my day was. I was not her daughter in law, she never looked at me that way. I was family. I am selfish because I want her to be here. But I know she is resting god has the sweetest angel.

Anna was my mother's Margaret O'Laughlin's dear friend, every Thursday, Anna and Elizabeth [ladies from the quilting party]would come over to my mom's home and have tea and lunch, I was honored and priviledged to have been able to serve Anna and friends tea and lunch, with mom having gone ahead of Anna to be with The Lord, I know they will be having tea in heaven..... dont forget the cookies MOM!!!!

Anna was a very sweet woman who took me in and treated me like part of the family and for that I will always be thankful! I will miss her dearly. To me she wasn't just a step grandmother she was in fact part of my family and will always be in my heart! I'm so thankful to have gotten to spend time with this wonderful woman! I know she is in heaven looking down on us all and even though we can't see her shes still here in our hearts and watching over you all!! I love ya'll Mom, Mark, George and everyone else! You all are in my thoughts and prayers!

Uncle George, Brenda, Brian, Mark and families.  Please know that you are in our thoughts at this time. One of my most favourite memories of Aunt Anna was the year we spent Christmas together at our home in Markham. She really enjoyed the Barbara Streisand video we played that evening. She also expressed wanting to get Christmas material to make tablecloths for her children, she was a talented sewer. Over the years Aunt Anna touched me and my family with happy, quiet moments. I can hear her saying "Oh George" when something surprised or shocked her.  I am hoping this little message will be warm, tight hugs for all of you.  Love and God Bless, Delores and Alan
