Anne Elizabeth Alltop

Anne had successful careers in both insurance and real estate, but her passion was real estate. Anne loved music and sang in multiple bands. She always looked forward to any opportunity to join her brother, Bobby Alltop, on stage when he was performing.

She was also a longtime member of First Baptist Church Jacksonville.

Anne is survived by her son, Andrew James Winegeart; sister, Karen Kellerhalls of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Andy Alltop of Atlanta, GA; sister, Cathy Brooks (David) of St. Johns, FL; brother, Bobby Alltop of Neptune Beach, FL; brother, Carey Alltop, of Neptune Beach, FL; nieces, Jennifer Aminzade (Dan) and Kari Castleman (Andrew); nephews, Robert Kellerhalls and David Kellerhalls, Ryan Proffitt (Laura), Michael Proffitt (Tammie) and Brent Proffitt.

Preceded in death by father, Robert Carl Alltop and mother, Mary Jean Starford Alltop.

A visitation for Anne will be March 8, 2025 at 2:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service at 3:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Mandarin Funeral Home, 11801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32223.
