Thank you for all that you have done to us, for all the times that you were by our sides, to help and support us. Thank you for the  sacrifices that you've made to let us have the best, especially for Julian and  Jude.  Thank you for the  laughter,  the smiles and the  times we’ve shared.

This is the last picture that we had with Tatay Tur when he was here in Tanzang Luma, Philippines. Tatay Tur is a joker and also known as a jolly person. He's always smiling and laughing, a generous one, and the most "masipag" person I know. We will surely miss you Tatay Tur, your memories will remain in our hearts forever. We love you! ❤️

Dear Tatay,

I will forever remember and cherish the memories I have with you, most especially from my childhood. You had such an important role for me growing up and I am glad to be one of your many grandchildren. I am forever grateful for all the sacrifices you made not just for me, but for our whole family. I will continue to pay it forward and keep your spirit alive, and that is by always being selfless and rooting myself in family. It is very difficult knowing I cannot physically be with you anymore, but I know you are proudly looking down from above.

Dearest Lolo Tur, 

Thank you so much for always being there for me.  I am forever grateful for your love and support by attending my birthday celebrations, school events, and church activities, etc.  I am deeply saddened to think you won’t physically be present at our family celebrations, but I know that you and Nanay Miling will always be smiling down from above.  I’m so glad I was able to visit you over the holidays and will remember how your face lit up seeing the Christmas lights and the fireworks on New Year’s Eve.  I didn’t know those holiday meals would be our last together and will cherish all those fond memories at the dinner table.  Your smile and laughter easily lit up the room and I will terribly miss seeing you when I go home.  It brings me peace and comfort to know that you are no longer physically in pain and that families can be together forever through our Savior’s atonement and resurrection.  Take care always, I love you Lolo!  May God be with you until we meet again.

Dearest Tatay,

I am deeply saddened by your unexpected passing, but am comforted to know that your absence will only be temporary because families can be together forever through our Heavenly Father's Plan of Salvation.  My sadness is relieved when I think that you are in a better place free from pain and suffering.  You are in the care of our Savior Jesus Christ and also reunited with Nanay Miling, Edwin, and other departed loved ones who are our guardian angels on the other side.

Tatay Tur, I will never forget the kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity you’ve shown me and Efren for many years. You have given so much of your precious time to help people and what resonates with me most was your kindness and generosity. When I first arrived in Jacksonville and landed my first job, even before I could drive, you offered to drive me to work for a year. I don’t know how I could have managed without your help. For that and many other things Efren and I will be forever grateful. Thank you for everything,  Tatay Tur!!! Rest In Peace. 

We will miss your sweet smile, Tatay Tur every time you see us.   You will be in our heart forever.... 

 It is always a delight whenever I I see you and have conversation with you Tatay Tur . I really appreciate your fun and kind spirit.  Ernie and I are so greatful to have you and Nanay Miling as our second parents here in America. Thank you for your love and genuine concerns that you have shown to us every time we meet. Your children and grandchildren are very blessed to have you and Nanay Miling as their parents and grandparents. You will be greatly missed but on the same token , it’s a great relief knowing you are in a perfect place right now in the arms of our eternal and loving Heavenly Father. So long Tatay Tur till we meet again.

It's hard to think that you will not be waiting by the door anymore when I come to the house, greeting me with your smile, gesturing me to come in and eat. Tatay Tur, you have been a great part of my life and I will forever be grateful for your love and care. I will miss seeing the excitement on your face every time I come to visit. I will miss taking you out for our lolo and apo dates. I will miss your "bokatsyong" personality, your "Mmm Hmm" sounds you make with your arms crossed when you don't like something, but still maintaining a smile on your face. I am saddened by your departure, but I take comfort from knowing you are finally home free from all chains of this world. Please kiss Nanay Miling, my nanay, kuya Owen, tito Edwin, and all our loved ones up there. You're forever in my heart, tatay Tur. I love you. 

Siyahong Tur was always smiling, always said good things about everyone & gave good advise to anybody who asked for them.

He was an exemplary fellow & loved his family a lot. He will surely be missed. Our comfort is knowing that he is now with Ate Miling, Edwin, Mely, Owen, Ate Paula,his in-laws, & his parents/siblings in heaven enjoying company of our Lord.

Dear Lolo Tur, 

Although it is difficult to let go of those you love, I know that even in the “darkness of our sorrow there is the promise of that bright day when we shall all rise triumphant from the grave" through the infinite Atonement and glorious Resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ.
