Barbara was a wife who lived for her husband and shaped her life around his. This was evident with her first husband who traveled the world in search for non-ferrous metals for Mitsubishi. Likewise, with me, whose life was devoted to the practice of urology, always on call and often too busy maintaining his beloved home. Despite being the devoted wife, she had a career in nursing. Barbara served as a director of two catholic nursing homes in Long Island together, with being instrumental in her establishment of Volunteers in Medicine for Jacksonville.
A visitation will be held for Barbara on Monday October 24, 2022 from 11:00 am - 12:00pm, with funeral services beginning at 12:00pm, comital at Oaklawn Cemetery to follow.
