Betty R. McCauley

Betty was born in Waycross, Georgia on December 5, 1932. Betty worked at Pic-N-Save for 30 years until her retirement. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Richard (Dickie) McCauley and her son, Larry Livingston. Betty is survived by two sons, Donald Padgett (Cindy), Daniel Padgett (Cindy), step-son, Dr. Richard McCauley (Debbie), daughter-in-law, Virginia Livingston, 7 grandchildren, Lauren Cargo (Jeff), John Padgett (Amanda), Melanie Padgett, Stephanie Eagle (Doug), Michelle and Monica McCauley, Richard McCauley (Susie), 2 great-grandchildren, Alex McCauley and Addie McCauley, 1 sister, Mary Chancey and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will begin at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 11 followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am on at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd. with Pastor Mike Reed Officiating. A graveside service will immediately follow.

The family extends their deep appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all of Betty’s special caregivers, Julia, Sandra, Sherri and Orchid as well as the caregivers at Brookdale Southpoint and North Florida Community Hospice for their love and support.
