Billy Arnold DeGraff, 85, passed away on December 24, 2017 at his home in St Johns, Florida. Billy was on active duty as a Sonarman Third Class for the US Navy from 1951-1955. His most significant assignment was aboard the USS Henry W Tucker DDR875 in the Korean War. He was awarded multiple medals for his service.
Billy is predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Marie Terry (Nov 1932 - Sept 2011), they were married for 50 years. He leaves behind his daughters, Joann Sweet and Debbie Blair; his sons, Donnie Andrews and Charles Andrews; 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 2:00pm at Hanes Lineberry on Elm Street in Greensboro, NC.
