Billy Gene Hunt

Billy Gene Hunt was born in Loudon County TN on Feb 13, 1939, to Tom Hunt and Mollie Kirby Hunt, and passed away on August 31, 2023 in Jacksonville Fl. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Wife Helen Brown Hunt and Son Victor Hunt. He is survived by 3 grandchildren, Molly Frederick, Lucas Hunt and Jacob Hunt and three great grandchildren, Lucia, Olivia, and Richard. Jacob also helped as a caregiver to his grandfather. Many Cousins and Lots of Nieces and Nephews along with one special Niece Cindy Wilson who was a great friend and caregiver and held a special place in his heart. Billy was a very proud grandpa; those kids were his heart. He was a Veteran, He retired as a salesman with Lykes Meats. And went on to run a shop at the Flea Market where he never met a stranger, He always looked forward to the weekends to meet new people and visit with the friends he had there. A special Thank to Mrs. Amanda at Fresenius Kidney Care. Kyle, Ed and Vanessa for being great friends and always being a phone call away when needed Bill Loved each and every one of you, he cherished your friendships.
