Bobby Dale Duncan was born on April 5, 1931 in McDowell County, North Carolina and passed away on April 11,2020 at 89 of natural causes. He moved to Jacksonville in 1961 and raised a large family. He loved NASCAR, fishing and working on cars along with driving a wrecker. He loved being Santa on Christmas Eve with his beloved wife.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Sallie Duncan, son: Ronnie Mills and beloved wife Betty Duncan. He is survived by: Danny Mills (Patti), Darline Mota (Jess), Wayne Mills (Elizabeth), Bobby Duncan (Janet), Mike Duncan (Staci), Sherry Snicinski (Frank), Cody Shear, Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren including extended family and friends.
