Bonnie Juan Breland

Bonnie Juan Breland September 29, 1944-August 25, 2010Bonnie was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Bonnie and Ray married on October 16, 1961 and began their life together. As an Air Force wife, Bonnie moved with her family throughout the United States during her husband Ray’s 20 year United States Air Force career. Upon Ray’s retirement, Bonnie and family settled in Mauldin SC where they would live until 1992. Relocating to Jacksonville FL in 1992 with Embassy Suites, Bonnie completed her well respected career in the hospitality industry upon her retirement in 2009. Bonnie fought a brave battle with a recently diagnosed cancer, but ultimately succumbed to the disease with her family by her side at 1155 PM on August 25, 2010. Bonnie would give everything and ask for nothing in return and will be missed deeply by all that knew and loved her.Bonnie was born September 29, 1944 in Greenville SCBonnie is survived by her husband of 49 years Ray. Bonnie has three sons Scot, Steve, and Mike and six grandchildren: Wesley Breland, Joshua Breland, Hailey Breland, Sarah Breland, Ricky Wolfe, and Faron McAlhanyBonnie is survived by three siblings: David Smith, Vivian Lewis, and Terrie Smith. Bonnie’s other siblings were: Ann Mitchell, Peggy Kirby, Jeannie Gonzales, and Ricky Smith
