Carolyn Ann Schultz passed away on July 02, 2013, Jacksonville Specialty Hospital, Jacksonville, Fl. after a long illness. She was born on May 13, 1936 in New Milford Ct. She is a former legal secretary both in New Milford, Ct and Jacksonville, Fl. She is retired from the City of Jacksonville Legal Department. She is survived by a brother, Donald Schultz ( Donna ) of The Villages, Fl.
