Carroll DiPalo, 76, of Jacksonville, FL, originally from Hicksville, NY, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2015. She was born in Flushing, NY on May 27, 1939. Carroll graduated from Newtown High School and was married to Richard DiPalo from 1958-1978 until their divorce. Carroll worked in banking for many years as a customer service supervisor. Later in life, she became a “nanny” for two children she loved very much, Michael and Kaitlin. She is survived by her son Nicholas and his wife Mary Lou, her two grandchildren, Nicholas and Christine and her sister Marjorie Ciaio (Ralph). She leaves behind her loving niece and nephews: Andrea Iorio (Vincent), Jeff DiPalo (Donna), Greg DiPalo (Charlene) and Michael DiPalo (Gina).
