Charles Henry Crygier

CRYGIER, Charles Henry Sr, age 79, died on Sunday, September 24, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family. Charles was born on October 18, 1937 in New York City, NY. He graduated from High School in 1955 and served in the United States Marine Corps. Charles graduated from college in 1971 and was employed by NAS Jacksonville for thirty years. Charles is survived by his wife, Victoria Brush Crygier; his children, Michele Janson (Paul), Charles Jr. (Sondra), Gigi Crygier-Parker (Charles), and Yvette Williams (Lawrence); sisters Emily Haines and Diane Cintron, and nephew, Ray Leach. Charles was the proud grandfather of Matthew Robinson (Amber), Hunter Crygier, Sebastian Bayot, Alexander Janson, Jordan Valentine, Emilee Valentine, Chloe Williams, Sullivan Parker, Maxwell Williams, and Sutton Parker; great grandchildren, Ella Robinson and Carter Valentine. Charles was preceded in death by his son, Scott D. Crygier and grandson, Spencer Montgomery Parker. The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. Koren, Dr. Pearl, Home Health Care RN’s, Mary and Dana, the staff at the Wound Care Center and especially Hazel Wynn. A funeral Mass will be held at Resurrection Catholic Church on Saturday, October 7th at 11 AM. Burial services immediately following will take place at Arlington Park Cemetery with military honors.
