Chase Wesley Chambless

CHAMBLESS: Chase Wesley Chambless, age 25, died, April 21, 2012 from a motorcycle accident. He loved family most, fishing and animals. He is survived by his wife, Amanda Chambless and son Christian Chambless and son Ray Peacock; parents Stonya Losco(Richard) and Raymond Chambless(Laurie); brothers and sisters, Landon, Nicholas, Savannah; step-brothers Hunter, Andrew; step-sisters Ashley, Lauren; and grandparents. A visitation will be held Thursday April 26, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 6:30 p.m. in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home located at 4115 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville FL. 32207. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 27th in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 11757 Old St Augustine Road. Jacksonville, FL. with Rev. Daniel Cody as Celebrant, followed by interment in the Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn cemetery.
