HURST Charles A. “Chuck” Hurst, Sr., passed away Thursday April 24, 2008. Chuck was born December 25th, 1963 in Jacksonville. He leaves behind his beloved April, three sons, Chuck, Jr., Christopher and Casey; two daughters, Sammantha and Caitlyn; three grandchildren, Ryon, Ryleigh and Tyler; three sisters, Donna, Linda and Sandra; and many more loving friends and relatives. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Wednesday April 30, 2008 at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home with Pastor Jeffrey Ray, officiating. Interment will follow in Arlington Park Cemetery.
