

RAULERSON Clinton Marvin Raulerson, age 79, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on December 3, 2009 after a short illness. He was born May 16, 1930 in Baxter, FL and was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Nella Raulerson and his wife of 48 years, Cleo Crews Raulerson. Survivors include his wife, Sandy Raulerson; his daughter, Rhonda Raulerson Thomas (Larry); two grandchildren, Lisa Thomas and Jacob Thomas; two sisters, Doris Johnson and Freida Jones (Lamar); one brother, Leonard Raulerson (Carlie); a host of beloved nieces and nephews and his extended family at Whitehouse Baptist Church. Clinton was an esteemed veteran of the Duval County Road Patrol which became the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. During his 32 year career, he received many accolades and served as President of the Fraternal Order of Police in 1967 and 1968. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge, Baldwin Chapter no. 217 where he held several positions including Worshipful Master in 1997. In addition, he was selected for numerous terms as Worthy Patron in the Order of the Easter Star no. 171. He was also a member of Scottish Rite of Freemasonry and the Morocco Shriners of N. America. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Sunday, December 6, 2009 from 3-5 pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held in the Edgewood Chapel on Monday, December 7, 2009 at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
