She is preceeded in death by husband: Benjamin R. Adams, son: Timothy M. Adams, as well as her parents and all of her siblings.
She is survived by son, Scott Adams, daughter-in- law, Bethany Adams, three grandchildren: Melissa Parsons, Michael Adams and Stacie Joyner (her husband Chris Joyner), and two great-grandchildren: Ezekiel and Serenity Mae. Her legacy is that of her family and her 30+ year long daycare, "Clovette's Critters" where she took care of over 120 kids throughout the years including her own child, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. But she had hundreds of "adoptive kids" who felt she was mom as well.
Funeral services will be held July 5th at University Blvd. Church of the Nazarene, 3930 South University Blvd. with Pastor Steve Walker officiating.
Viewing will be 10-11 am at UBNC church. Memorial to follow from 11-12 pm.
Graveside service at Greenlawn Cemetery at 12 noon.
