Colleen was born on July 24th 1969 and grew up in Mchenry, IL. Daughter of William Bringle and Violet Strickland. She is survived by her two children Justin and Emily Lisitano, her siblings and their spouses, followed by numerous nieces and nephews.
Colleen graduated from Mchenry high school and went on to pursue a career in travel where she worked for American Express. She also found a passion in skin care and went on to become a licensed esthetician. Colleen had various passions. She was a devoted mother to her two children. She loved to travel, listen to music, watch movies, cook and host for her family, and never lost touch with her loved ones. Her caring and compassionate ora left a mark on all who knew her.
Colleen struggled the most with her health the last 6 months of her life. This did not keep her from attending celebratory events with friends and family. It was a true sign of her character and how devoted she was to her family. Being surrounded by loved ones lifted her spirit and through this she gained strength. Colleen was a true social butterfly and will be deeply missed and loved forever.
