Delores Hilligoss Martin

Delores Hilligoss Martin, 76, of Jacksonville went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 25, 2010 at the Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring Hospice. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin B. Martin in 1990. She retired as a teachers aide from Parkwood Heights Elementary School and was a faithful member of True Light Ministries. She was also an active member of AGLOW. She is survived by her sons and their spouses, Brian Martin (Lisa) and Kerry Martin (Susan) all of Jacksonville; sister, Eunice Elder (Floyd) of Anderson, IN; brothers, Robert Hilligoss (Sandra) and Ralph Hilligoss (Mary Jean) all of Anderson, IN; grandchildren, Poppy, Holly, Kyle,Brooke and Payton; 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 10:00a.m. Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ricky Roberts & Dot Roberts officiating. Entombment will follow in Arlington Park Cemetery, Jacksonville. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00p.m. Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at the funeral home.
